Returns & Refund Policy

All sales of CREST Magazine are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a significant printing defect, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dbrfilms25@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will provide either a replacement, when available, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.

CREST Magazine will cover return-shipping costs only when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
